Terms and Conditions

No cancellations will be accepted after the deadline.  Payment is due upon receipt of statement.  A service charge of 1.5% per month will be charged to accounts more than 30 days past due.  Please note: All ads are subject to approval by Cactus and Pine, GCSA Board of Directors.

 

Correspondence:

Our Cactus & Pine Membership Directory will now be issued from June through June of the next year. Since we have our Annual Meeting in April and change our Board of Directors, Committee Chairs and Committee’s, we would like for your directory to be the most current that it can possibly be. The Membership Directory is published each year as a service to all Members and is the most widely used of all publications provided by the Association.
