Circulation: |
Distribution is by second-class mail. Each Cactus and
Pine member receives a copy addressed by
name and mailed to the address of his or her choice. Additional copies
are distributed to golf course
superintendents, golf course general managers, university programs,
turfgrass programs, golf course
architects, builders, suppliers, and libraries. Total circulation is
approximately 650. |

Color separations on
a 150 or more line screen preferred. For those advertisers who commit
to 6 consecutive color advertisements, a 10% reduction is offered from
the color rate.
Cactus and Pine GCSA reserves the right to decline advertisements if
space is unavailable.
Advertisers should provide ad copy on disk using Adobe Illustrator,
Quark Express,
Adobe Photoshop, or Free Hand software.

Advertising agencies must add their commissions to these rates.

Advertising
Policies: |
No cancellations
will be accepted after deadline. Payment is due upon receipt of
statement.
A service charge of 1.5% per month will be charged to accounts more
than 30 days past due.
All ads are subject to approval by Cactus and Pine GCSA. No ads will
be accepted which portray
unsafe or unprofessional golf course maintenance procedures. The
advertiser agrees to indemnify
and protect the Cactus and Pine GCSA from any claims of expenses
resulting from the advertiser’s
unauthorized use of any name, photograph, sketch or words protected by
copyright or registered
trademark.

Directory: |
Affiliate members can purchase a vendor directory listing on the
Cactus and Pine GCSA website for an annual fee of $50 extending from
January to December. The listing will include company name, address,
telephone number, and one Affiliate contact name. One link to either
an email address or website is available. |
